Hari Libur 2012

Pemerintah telah menetapkan hari libur nasional 2012 dan cuti bersama 2012 melalui Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) Tiga Menteri yang ditetapkan di Jakarta, 13 Juli 2011.

SKB Tiga Menteri ini menetapkan hari libur nasional tahun 2012 sebanyak 14 hari, sedangkan jumlah cuti bersama sebanyak lima hari. Penetapan hari libur nasional dan cuti bersama ini disahkan dengan SKB Tiga Menteri yakni Menteri Agama Nomor 7 Tahun 2011, Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Nomor 04/MEN/VII/2011, serta Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor SKB/03/M.PAN-RB/07/2011.

Penandatanganan SKB Tiga Menteri dilakukan ketiga menteri tersebut disaksikan Menko Bidang Kesejahteraan Rakyat Agung Laksono di Kantor Menko Kesra, Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (13/7/2011).

Penataan kembali hari libur dan pengaturan hari libur nasional 2012 menjadi pedoman bagi instansi pemerintah dan swasta sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan produktivitas kerja.

Pelaksanaan cuti bersama 2012 ini mengurangi hak cuti tahunan pegawai, karyawan, dan pekerja sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dan ketentuan yang berlaku pada masing-masing instansi/lembaga/perusahaan.
